Established in January of 1986 by owner and creative director Valerie Johnson, Nova Graphic Services is a full-service typesetting/graphic design company as well as a large-format sign and poster production facility.
Our client base is comprised of a variety of businesses including physicians, restaurants, credit unions, schools, accountants, colleges, dental societies and other professional organizations. We also work directly with printing companies and other graphic art professionals. Past and current projects have included corporate brochures for Southland Industries and Pomona College, display advertising for the Sportsmen’s Lodge Hotel and Office Depot, annual reports and signage for the Hot Topic and Contempo clothing stores, newsletters for the Los Angeles and San Francisco Dental Societies, a monthly magazine for the Apartment Association, product sheets and catalogues for the Laser Skin Care Center and Alta Office Solutions, forms for LBS Federal Credit Union and the NorthAmerican Transportation Association, and stationery systems with business cards for KB Home and Moffatt and Nichol.
Nova’s large-format color signage and posters have been seen in Hot Topic and Wet Seal clothing stores, at trade shows for companies such as SCS Engineers, and in offices for the Port of Stockton and Irwin Industries.
We pride ourselves on fast, efficient, personalized service. Our goal is to make our customers look good.

CREATES SENSKE ART PRINTS FOR NEW RONALD McDONALD HOUSE
JR VanDijs, builders for the new Ronald McDonald House in Long Beach, selected the paintings of talented local artist Bob Senske to enhance the facility’s public and private rooms. As Senske’s limited-edition giclée printer, Nova Graphic Services took on the task of producing the 92 prints, which were installed for the December 15th Grand Opening.
The new Long Beach Ronald McDonald House has transformed an existing building on the campus of Long Beach Memorial Medical Center, improving access to vital health care services offered at Miller Children’s Hospital and other southeast Los Angeles County health care facilities.
